We are finding having carriers cancel/rebook vs. being able to reschedule an appointment is skewing our appointment metrics on true cancellations. We would prefer that carriers have the ability to reschedule appointments just as administrators do, as long as they abide by the rule set in Settings/Admin Preferences-Appointments #5.
This is particularly true for our 3PL, who is a true partner to our company. At a minimum, we'd like the ability to assign reschedule rights to select carriers.
